ITF Taekwon-Do classes for 7 years to Adult

Aldershot Taekwon-Do's students range from beginners all the way up to Black Belt 4th Dan, with an age range (both male and females) from 7 years to over 50.

The clubs Chief Instructor is International class Instructor /Examiner, Mr Paul Adams, 5th Dan.

Mr Adams has been teaching Taekwon-Do within his own schools for 15 years as well as working with “Sainbury’s Active Kids”, the government funded “First Partnership” youth programme. and he has also worked at various schools and colleges in Surrey and North Hampshire, teaching Taekwon-Do and self-defence. Mr Adams is also an assistant coach with the England ITF National Team.

We like to encourage our students to be “pro-active” within Taekwon-Do encouraging them to attend seminars and competitions outside of their regular classes. We host our own “Interclub competition” each year and have access to many National and International competitions. As members of the International Taekwon-Do Federation, our certification is recognised worldwide giving us access to the selection process for the England National Team, and our members have regularly represented England at both European and World Championship level.

Despite heavy involvement in the competitive sporting side of Taekwon-Do we still continue to teach the Art as a means of self-defence whilst maintaining a friendly and fun environment within our classes. And of course, beginners are always welcome.
