Great selection and well made shoes in small to large sizes

Very poor customner service. I tried on two pairs of shoes of different sizes, and they checked out the wrong (smaller) pair. Their mistake, but I am supposed to pay for it by keeping them after wearing them (and finding out then after a day of blisters). I can understand not changing a pair after wearing if I changed my mind, or if I wanted a refund. But it was their mistake, not mine and I just wanted the right pair of shoes. Yes its discretionary, but they decided to use their discretion to not absorb the cost of their mistake, and pass this on to me.

Always have liked Aldo shoes. Big store with plenty of options. Friendly staff even during busy hours. During a sale, merchandise can go up to 50% off! I like to buy my boots and accessories then.

Looks great, but bad quality. I bought a handbag and thought it looks smart. But everything on it started to tear apart within a week. It's disappointing as Aldo seems to marketing as a specialist in handbags and shoes.

Got a wonderful pair of boot's for a wonderful lady that I know. She was over the moon as they were pretty unique. Thank you all at Aldo Shoes
