Here's the thing. I remember starting to learn guitar. I had a variety of different teachers. They all taught useful techniques, scales and how to play twinkle twinkle little star. All of this was great, But it was missing something. No-one taught me how to enjoy it for what it was!

Playing instruments is a fantastic form of self expression. Whether it's wanting to emote your heartfelt core or just let out your grumpy teenage tendencies, sitting with your guitar has got you covered. That's what the basis of my lessons will be about.

1. Getting the basics down (or a little further if your feeling it)
2. Using the basics to Kick out the jams!

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM ME?

1. Fun and engaging tuition in whatever style you like whether it be cool breezy acoustic ditties or hard hitting heavy metal.
2. Some music theory, but nothing too taxing.
3. A lesson structure catered to your specific goals from sessions (If you wanna sit for an hour and nail "teen spirit". . we can).
4. An encyclopedic (to the point of a little irritating) knowledge of Rock'n'Roll.
5. A spare guitar. I forgot to bring them to my lessons too.
