Alex Glennie Coaching

As a coach, my role is to help people gain clarity on what they would like to change or achieve in their professional or personal life, create space for them to identify what this will involve, and then support them to work towards making it a reality. Everyone is different, so I tailor my approach to suit the needs of individual clients. I tend to work with people over a period of four to six months, but I also offer short and focused sessions as well as longer engagements when that is more appropriate. I have five years of coaching experience and am accredited by the International Coaching Federation. I am currently training in systems-psychodynamic coaching at the Tavistock Institute, working with individuals in leadership roles in different types of organisations.
