my son has done karate and kickboxing and know doing thai kickboxing has got black belt in karate and black belt in kickboxing working on the next one he has been doing it for 8 years absolutely love it the instructors are fantastic and are ready to help you in anyway they can would recommend kaizen martial arts to anyone

What an amazing place to take your children. My son is energetic and has had social and coordination difficulties but he has attended classes for 6 weeks now and has already benefited from the range of activities and discipline they provide. I thoroughly recommend this place; worth every penny. Thank you!

Such an amazing place my son's been going there for the last 3+ years and I've recently started there the staff are so friendly and can't help you enough. Bunch of the nicest people I've met would highly recommend you won't be disappointed

Recently started my 3 year old in the dinky dudes classes. The classes are great fun and disciplined teaching him to follow instructions. He's even learning another language �. The best part is you can be flexible as to what day in the week you go or even defer a class to the following week. Really helpful

Our daughter has been attending since she was three - brilliant staff and teaching recommend to evveryone she has gained so much confidence in what she can do

My two boys and I attend the Kickboxing & Karate classes and love it so much that we would go everyday if we could. Lovely club to be a part of, with fantastic instructors, Sensei's Luke, Perry and Drew, and would recommend it to everyone.

My son trained there for 6 years and achieved his black belt . The instructors are excellent and I would recommend anyone to join kaizen martial arts . Skills for life ! Xx

My son absolutely loves it here, if he could he would attend every day, the staff are helpful and friendly and I've found it to be a very relaxed environment for the parents, would highly recommend to any parent.

My son Freddie has been coming for 3 weeks. I would just like to say how lovely the staff and students are. We have been made to feel very welcome and my son absolutely loves it. Thankyou perry and Drew for helping him as he is a very shy boy. Xx

My son Finley has absolutely blossomed at this Dojo especially under the fantastic Sensei Perry.

School says he struggles with focus and concentration, they should spend an evening watching him in one of Sensei Perry's sessions!!

My grandson id in the karate classes and I take part in the Sculpt classes. I thoroughly recommend the classes. I have wanted to fit for a long time but could not stick to anything, but theses classes are hard work but lots of fun with brilliant teachers

My grandson has been going for nearly four years he is now a brown belt with two stripes.

And my granddaughter has been going for over a year ,

They both just love it and they are awesome at it ,

Just want to thank all the guys the instructors Luke and perry and all the other guys ,

To sum up great place to let the kids do karate they will learn so much give it a try.

My 3yr daughter loved her two free karate sessions and we definitely will be signing up for two sessions a week. She really enjoyed it and I love watching her cos I can see how much she enjoys it I have never seen her pay so much attention in a activity before. Love the teacher keeps them focused and teaches very well.

I would just like to say a massive thank you for everything you have done over the last 2 years for my son he has grown in confidence and really enjoys coming. We have always felt welcome and it's a very professional and organised club. My son also had a great time at nerf wars, I felt very comfortable leaving him there in your safe hands

I have been part of the academy for 12 years; growing up with Sensei Alex Hart i can say most of my proudest accomplishments were made possible through karate. For this i am eternally grateful as the memories and skills gained from the academy will never be forgotten.

Martial arts with this academy has allowed me to travel all over Europe training and learning from the most famous athletes in the sport. I believe the mental discipline and self confidence taught to students is what sets this academy apart. By joining this academy, you become part of a martial arts family. I cannot recommend kaizen strongly enough for anyone looking for a fun and hardworking environment to train.

I am forever greatful to sensei Alex Hart and the inspiring people at kaizen karate academy. Over the years through hard work and nourtouring i was able to grow from a curious hyper active child into a focused athelete competing on a international level.

There is much to learn from the academy for young and old, lessons in the form of discipline, teamwork, strength, and mental focus. From these teachings i have since found them to be very beneficial in leading a happy, productive, and responsible life.



All that said, the best thing about the academy is most definitely its people. Over the years I was luckily enough to meet and train with lots of amazing people from all walks of life, all very friendly and very welcoming.

My experience as a student of kaizen karate academy was priceless, for anyone looking for fun, hardwork and growth, this is the place.
