All of our confectionery is handcrafted in small batches in London using only the best ingredients.

We do as much by hand as possible - from tempering the chocolate every morning, dipping and decorating each chocolate individually, to dicing every fruit that goes into our gourmet jams.

It's labour intensive, we know. . . But we'd have it no other way!
