Alexander De Berniere

Alexander de Berniere is a solicitor with a broad Commercial practice, based in London and Malta. Prior to opening his own law office, Alexander practised with global law firms - Berwin Leighton Paisner (now Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner), Norton Rose Fulbright, and Ince & Co (now Ince) - and gained commercial experience as a senior executive in Oslo and consultant in Athens. Alexander received his education at King's College London (War Studies) and the Universities of Warwick (LLB) and Southampton (LLM) before being called to the Bar of England & Wales in 2010, admitted as a solicitor in England & Wales in 2013, and admitted as a solicitor in Ireland in 2021. Alexander's clients sometimes reach out to him - after they have experienced dealing with a larger law firm - when they would like to try a new, flexible and more cost-efficient approach.
