Seem once they have a hold on your money they don't seem to care about the follow up service

Fantastic furniture but once this company have a hold of your money their customer care is sadly lacking. FOURTEEN WEEKS we waited for delivery of a wardrobe. Various excuses but mainly "another ten days" "another two weeks" seemed to be the favourite excuse. The best one was, they were having problems with delivery from CHINA !!! The 'manager' seems to suffer from 'small man sydrome' and claimed to be the only member of staff who told the truth!!! It appears I have to rate this company before I can post so, although the furniture is worth a five star, the company and it's customer care receives a zero but I have to give it a one star rating.
