4th June is the next date for your diaries when we will be enjoying another relaxed evening of beginners Tai Chi and Meditation.
Clear out unwanted statin energy and replace it with fresh Chi with gentle movements suitable for all ages and abilities. This helps with many physical and mental ailments.
Then we relax into a guided meditation to round off the evening. Mindfulness and life guidance tips are included too.

I love this beautiful picture which was painted by one of our regulars to Meditation and Tai Chi. It is the vision she saw in the meditation so she went away and painted it afterwards.
