We're thinking of adding a longer 85-minute Swedish massage to our treatment menu incorporating a full body massage, scalp massage, foot massage and hand massage - is this something that you would book?

Our beautiful friend and creative gardener, Robert, passed away this week. He will always be remembered for his gentle kindness. His spirit will always be present in the Spa Garden that he and Alan lovingly created. We will miss you dear friend. RIP xx

Pathway to Wellness 5-week course starts Weds 12 September. Would you like to feel calmer, less overwhelmed by life and/or freed from past events and experiences? Our memories, emotional resonance and the negative programming from our past dictate who we are and what we do now. It can rob us of the opportunity of being the best version of ourselves. NEW: Myofascial Release Therapy. If you're experiencing chronic pain in your back, neck or shoulders, or suffering from fibromyalgia or other other soft tissue aches, pains, tension and restrictions, then this new treatment will help.
Myofascial Release is a technique used to alleviate tension, restrictions and adhesions in the fascia in order to restore balance and function. As well as decreasing pain, the therapy can reduce stiffness, increase flexibility and improve funct...ion and movement. A course of treatments is recommended for maximum benefit.

It was my first visit to Alexandra house spa, and I loved everything about it. The staff are really friendly and professional. The spa it's self is beautiful - a really cosy, warm and relaxing atmosphere. We had the 'massage delight' package and I think it's really good value for money. Treatments were all excellent. The tea and cake was a really nice touch, perfect to finish off with. Can't wait to return!

It was my first visit to Alexandra house spa this weekend and I didn't want it to end. We had the pamper delight package which was a lovely birthday treat from my family. The staff were all really nice and couldn't do enough for you, all the rooms were so relaxing and cosy. My treatments I had were just perfect special thanks to Alex. We finished off with tea and cake which was a nice treat to finish off a lovely afternoon. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my pamper package and it's just what my body needed, can't wait to return!

BUT now that I have been for the Pamper Delight package and have experienced the Thermal Rooms, foot soak, back massage, hot stones facial treatment and scalp massage, paraffin wax hand treatment, drinks, cake (yes CAKE), robe and slippers.....what can I say! We had a wonderful, relaxing time.



We were guided through each step of the day and didn't feel under any time pressures throughout our experience.



I can highly recommend a visit to Alexandra House Spa to de-stress, relax or just treat yourself. I will be returning for more....

I have been coming here for years and tried loads of treatments . We always add the pamper package which is lovely . I suffer with depression so when I go it really relaxes me and takes me to some were so peaceful. The team are so helpful and lovely. All the staff go out of there way for you. Lovely drinks , lunch and cakes . Wish I could stay overnight it's so peaceful. I would recommend to anyone . It's a perfect treat .

I have attended a workshop and a Hypnotherapy in the thermal room and I have enjoyed and benefitted from them both. I will be looking out for the next event to be posted - thank you �

I Attended the hypnotherapy session in the thermal rooms. It was my first visit to the spa absolutely stunning and calming. The hypnotherapy session was amazing felt a lot lighter then when I arrived. I would recommend this session to anyone who suffers from stress and anxiety or if you are wanting to have some time out focusing on you. The thermal room a perfect temperature nothing like a sauna heat which I expected. Thank you for giving me this opportunity to experience these sessions. I Will definitely be back for more sessions and explore the spa.

Have visited this spa on many occasions over the years, both at their old premises and the much improved new space. Treatments and service have always been exceptional...and I always seem to lose track of time while I am there. Not a bad thing!! Looking forward to trying the thermal rooms.

Had an amazing afternoon at the spa on the Pamper package. So relaxing we didn't want to go home. The iced coffee as was amazing as the foot bath and the paraffin hand treatment.



Can't wait to come again!

From the moment we entered through the beautiful walled garden we were greeted and made to feel very welcome by all the staff.

The spa has a very calm and relaxed ambiance. Nothing was too much trouble .

We went for my partners birthday and had a full day of blissful treatments.

My full body massage facial and reflexology were amazing.

Alexis and Bex our therapists for the day where awesome.

All the staff are a credit to the spa.

We will be visiting again .hopefully soon.

First visit yesterday lovely surprise gift from my son for mothers day, beautiful place never even knew it was there glad have found it now, very warm welcome left feeling fantastic and relaxed, will definitely be going again.
