We support parents with a range of classes and workshops from birth to 4 years of age.

This includes hypnobirthing and antenatal workshops, as well as helping parents to understand their child and their development while learning lots of gentle techniques that lead to a calmer, more contented child as well as a more harmonious relationship for all involved.

I am also a trained birth trauma therapist dealing specifically with anxiety, PTSD and Tokophobia (the fear of childbirth)
