Alexandra Sharples Pt Description

Thanks for taking the time to look at my page. I'm a personal trainer and I aim to create innovative and motivational hourly sessions. No one workout will be the same as the last and I aim to take your body out of it's comfort zone with each workout being well paced, fluid and random.

If you're interested in simply trying something new for the day or even giving yourself a more long term challenge contact me via phone or email. The first session is free and any 2 further sessions you can get 20% off of in conjunction with Keith Graham's hairdressers.

I am REP registered as well as teaching indoor cycling sessions at Tru Gym alongside other group classes.

I am totally floored with a viral infection, temperature doesn’t quite cut how hot am burning up plus the 17 hours of sleep last night I woke up in half my body weight of sweat 😓 I can’t work out if my legs ache from been poorly or the leg day Monday 🤔 Am cancelling the next 3 days of clients and classes as I feel like absolute death! I am sorry for the inconvenience.

Started going to Alex's fitness classes a few months ago, was a little apprehensive at first but that soon disappeared with her motivation and support for the people in her class in achieving the ultimate goal to be fit.Enjoying the classes very much and a nice way to meet new people.Many thanks Alex x

Just had my first boot camp with Alex, was a little concerned about going as not done any exercise for 5 months....all this eased as soon as we all arrived, Alex is so welcoming and supportive. Throughly enjoyed the class and will be going every week. Great work out by Alex!!!! Thank you xx ��� xx

I’ve been going to Alex’s classes for quite a while and I can’t get enough! I definitely see a difference and feel stronger than Ever. She knows how to push you to get the results you want but does it in such a friendly way that it’s not intimidating which a lot trainers can be. Would definitely recommend Alex to anyone wanting to really get in shape!

I have recently started pt sessions with a friend and Alex has been amazing! We had an in depth induction discussing our health, fitness, nutrition and what we want to achieve. Alex is professional, friendly and really gets you motivated and feeling good! I'm now beginning to know what works for my body and how to use weights and gym equipment properly and safely! It's also great to go with a friend and work together plus reduces the cost! Thankyou Alex!

Feel like I have really connected with Alex as a trainer, I'm always excited to go to her classes and always have fun! I've only been going for just over a month but already feel healthier in myself and as an asthmatic it's actually helping me build an endurance and I'm needing my pump a lot less! Classes are always great fun!

Been going to the classes now for a few months. My first time I threw up twice and from that point I knew I was in good hands! I’ve always been into my fitness but this has been a new challenge; every week Alex finds new ways to push me and the others in the class! If you are looking to start working out or like me wanting a new challenge then this is for sure the class for you! And plus Alex is just sound and keeps the mood light and energetic!

I love circuit class too, always leave feeling energised even after working hard.Alex is lovely and welcoming she put me at ease from the minute I walked into my first class.She always gives several options on exercises so you can ease yourself in at your level but is also very encouraging when it comes to you pushing yourself further. Her classes really are a great work out that she makes fun with her happy infectious love for getting others to reach their goals. Xxx
