The Alex has previously won Rugby Camra pub of the year on Seven occasions and is well renowned for the selection and quality of its real ales. The small L shaped lounge bar is ideal for a quiet drink or a meal from the extensive lunchtime menu.

A corridor leads to the large rear bar where pool and skittles are played and is also home to the legendary Alex Jukebox. From the bar you can reach the garden which at one time was a bowling green.

The garden is ideal in the summer for relaxing in the sun with a fine pint of ale and a bite to eat. Whatever your preference the Alex offers it all!
