Hello everyone! A few of you may know that I have donated a pampering session with myself @AlexandrasGroomRoom to the Independent Usborne Organisation who will be auctioning it to raise funds as a charity that will help fund new books for the Children's Ward @Musgrove Park Hospital! you did willow so well last time she normal shake mad but not with you and she look so good thank we see you soon

my two ex working jack russells who we re-homed had never seen the inside of a groomers before and have to be muzzled when out and about. I wasn't sure how they would take to a wash and blow dry let alone having their nails clipped but Lauren was so professional and was able to put both boys at ease quickly and leave them smelling as fresh as a daisy or more particularly, like rhubarb and custard. Now they look as good as they smell. Thanks Lauren, from Amanda, Geoff, Whisky and Ice.

Wow what a lovely lady so good with my two furbabies as one is a rescue and not good with meeting new people but she was so good with her made a fuss of her so she was a happy springer, there groom looks absolutely beautiful neat and tidy, good service very prompt and quick with responding

We had are baby girl 9 months groomed by Lauren on Tuesday ( 20th of February) and she had a great time there and came out looking great and smelling great and we missed that Maya face hair was too long and Lauren fitted her in this afternoon (Thursday 22nd of February ) before she closed now Maya looks even more younger.

Thanks Lauren see you in about 6 to 8 weeks time.

The best groomers we can find - and we've used alot. Firstly our dog looked very happy and chilled when I arrived, previously at others she has looked stressed. Secondly she looks great. Can't recommend enough!

So this is a late review of this Dog Grooming Studio as it's been a couple of weeks since our Dog was groomed. Took him to Alexandra's after our groomer was booked up and we were recommended to Alexandra by her Mum. Initially not sure how he was going to look but was put at ease and left him there. When i went back to get him he looked and smelled amazing and everyone said how amazing he looked. I highly recommend this Grooming Studio. Thanks once again for an amazing groom!

My lovely silver standard poodle hates being groomed, she tolerates it but makes such a fuss and fidgets all the time when I do her at home. Most frustrating! However she loves to visit Lauren and be pampered in a relaxed but professional environment, and while she may still be a little uncooperative about her paws she always comes out looking super glamorous and I can’t believe she is my dog! Thankyou Lauren, you may never realise how much I appreciate you tackling those knotty furry legs! 5 stars don’t do you justice. �

My little French bulldog puppy Fifi experienced her first groom today at Alexandra’s and I couldn’t have asked for a better service. When asked how she was, I was told “she got a bit nervous with the dryer but lots of cuddles were given” which was nice to hear. Will definitely be booking Fifi in again soon & thank you �

My little Barney has never let anyone cut his nails, even the vet has tried!

I thought I’d take him to Lauren as no harm in trying and page looked and sounded good on fb, and Lauren did brilliantly and did all four paws! Which is just amazing.

Lauren did an amazing job on my little Jasper, he was so scruffy when he went in but came out looking and smelling amazing � Jasper can be a massive whinge when it comes to mummy leaving him, but even so he looked lush when I picked him up! Hardly recognised my handsome little man � thanks so much again, Lauren! � xxx

I struggled to find a groomer who was prepared to undertake the grooming of my long haired German

Shepherd Neyo. Has was distressed with other groomers and was knotted badly matted. I was even considering sedation with a local vet to get him clipped.



I made contact with Lauren and she was super helpful. She agreed to try and sort the problem and allowed me to stay with him so he was not stressed. She clipped him and did a fabulous job bathing, conditioning and drying him whilst only clipping the essential bits. Her patience and resolve were exceptional and I elected to pay more than she asked as I was pleased and grateful for her help. Four other groomers didn’t even reply. We will be back very Lauren and we both are extremely grateful to you. Alan & Neyo �

I have a very large Alaskan Malamute who is a real big baby but needs a lot of grooming when he shreds so I took him to Alexandra’s who did an amazing job he looked and smelt wonderful extremely happy and would definitely recommend her to groom your dog.

I found Alexandras Groom Room on fb. She had pictures of little dogs like mine and I liked the way she had trimmed them. On the day we discussed how I'd like my dog trimmed and that is exactly what she did, he looked lovely when I came to collect him. We're booked in for next time.

I dropped my cockapoo to Alexandra’s Groom Room this week. Lauren was friendly and did a great job cutting my dogs hair and claws. Service was fast, very reasonably priced and I will be booking again in the near future. I cannot recommend this service highly enough. Thanks again ��

Excellent service today!! I took my black lab for his first nail clipping and Alexandra was fantastic with him. She kept him calm and was so gentle with him. Definitely recommend Alexandra's groom room... Wilson will be back soon for the full works! ���

Contacted The Groom Room about our Akita cross rescue Maya, I explained that she is very nervous and timid due to a very bad start in life with her previous owner. The response I got was very quick, and so thoughtful to our girls needs. Lauren could not have been more compassionate and thoughtful, not just towards Maya but also to ease our worries too by allowing us to stay with her. We are so glad we contacted The Groom Room as Maya looked amazing after her bath and groom, a totally different dog. We are so happy with the service Lauren provided, we have decided to make it a regular thing. If you need an excellent groomer, then look no further!!!

Communication and service is just top notch. Harry visited the groom room after a slightly dodgy experience elsewhere. Lauren gave him what was quite frankly the best groom and cut he has ever had. We particularly loved how she did his legs, and his face looks so cute we can't say no to him! She took into account Harry's sensitive skin and treated him accordingly. We will definately be back and I hope this will now be our go to groomer for the foreseeable future! 🐶👍

Cannot get over how amazing Cassie smells! Alexandra took on board all of my 14 year old rescue collies dislikes and made sure that the groom was perfect. Really lovely setting and perfect groom for my girl. Thank you so much!

Brooke’s had his first visit today and I was so impressed with the service we received Lauren made us feel very well come and reassured us when leaving our little boy with her , Brook,’s looked and smelt lovely we will defo be returning xx
