Regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors we have been trading in Tunbridge Wells for twenty years. In 2017 we acquired the sales and lettings book of Foxwood Maclean in Edenbridge leading to us opening in East Grinstead in 2018. All our fee earning staff are members of the RICS, ARLA or IRPM as we believe in a combination of genuine professional knowledge & values with a forward thinking approach to marketing and service. Being regulated by the RICS also means that we are covered by the RICS Client Money Protection Scheme.
