Locally owned pet store with helpful staff. They went out if their way to help us research some issues we were having with our cats. Also good range of high quality pet foods at a good price.

An independentshop with helpful knowledgeable staff providing excellent service. Not a front for a pet supermarket...

Every time I walk into Alfie and Bella's, I am greater by a brilliant, kind, friendly and helpful team. Any question I have is always answered and I always leave satisfied. The shop itself is very well presented, it is clean and has a modern feel. I have been going to Alfie and Bella since the first day I became a dog owner, and will continue to go for as long as I live in Bristol.
Just off the downs it is the perfect place to drop into before or after a walk. A must for all dog owners. 🐾⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Awesome independent pet shop with fantastic staff, accept no imitation.

Went to get some wet cat food. Saw some reduced that looked great and Was told it was some of the best, but the packaging was being updated and the foods were the last stock, no problem there.

Both my cats were very ill and quite distressed after having the food, and after checking the packaging, it transpired that the food was out of date. I wouldn't have bought it if I knew this and should've been told.

Returning to my previous wet food has resolved the problem immediately.

Please communicate the whole truth about products.

Otherwise, a lovely store with a great atmosphere.

Very helpful staff. Order in food that dog needed and were very efficient in calling me to let me know it was in. Would highly recommend
