Running from 6th – 24th August, the programme starts with 3 weeks of paid work experience and employability skills training, where you can have the chance to complete a Level 2 qualification in Team Leading from the Chartered Management Institute.
So get a head start in your career!
... The programme is designed so that the skills you gain can be applied in any job or industry. At the end of the 3 weeks, each student is allocated a mentor from the local business community who will support them for 10 months for anything related to education and employment.

The staff are amazing helpful and friendly the gentleman who delivered the bed and drawers to me was so polite and carried them do my daughters room by himself..xx

Just moved in to a flat and literally have nothing :( but Alice charity has helped me with the things I need thank you �

I went to the alice charity today for the first time was abit worried as I didn't know what to expect. A lovely bunch of ladies and not forgetting will of course made me realise there are people to help you and I really do hope that I will become one of those people helping others I also realised that I wasn't the only person suffering what I am going through and knowing that people will actually listen is a God send.I can only keep going forwards now and who knows where I will be in a couple of years hopefully back to being me wendy happy and laughing just like I used to be.Ive learnt a lot today talk to people tell them what your going through and be proud of yourself don't hide away in silence.

I am very excited about becoming part of The Alice Charity family. I wasn't sure what to expect when I went today but I know that I am so looking forward to future involvement. Thank you for making our first meeting an enjoyable experience. Onwards and upwards xx

How can you not give 5 stars and a big thumbs up to a Charity that transforms individual lives to improve whole communities for the long term

Great team doing amazing work for local families.

Called in to the Newcastle office yesterday and all the Elves were busy wrapping presents collected at the Sunday Santa Dash. It was great to see the amount of gifts that our local families are going to receive this year as everyone deserves a treat on Christmas Day

As a volunteer for ALICE Charity, I feel privileged to be with the team. They serve a great cause and offer fantastic support to yr local community and families n Newcastle-under-Lyme and Stoke on Trent. What a brilliant team, just like having a second family, as well as supporting families they support each other within the team.
