Nice little story for a Sunny Saturday......☀️ I had a new client come in for some Reflexology. She was recommended by another lady I had treated a few years ago - this lady was struggling to conceive for some time and came to see if some Reflexology would help....and it did! I never knew she had fallen pregnant and it really made my day, so if you're reading this.......Congratulations! ❤

I went to Alice because of pain in my shoulder and I haven't felt it since I left. She made me feel very comfortable and welcome and it was the nicest massage I have ever had. Will definitely be going back to her, regardless of whether I need to or not, it's such a treat. Would recommend to everyone! X

I can’t recommend Alice highly enough. My first appointment came from a desperate plea to help relieve a very painful muscle spasm and I was slotted in the next day, following a cancellation. Alice’s technique is the perfect balance of firm and gentle, the instant relief from pain was wonderful and within 2-3 days the discomfort had pretty much gone. Having been for a second appointment today, I’m already looking forward to booking another and making this a regular thing.

I am one of those clients who, when asked by Alice how my back is, replies 'good!' Not so back in 2012 when I first came to Alice with a variety of aches and pains in my lower back and shoulders.



After a few intensive weekly sessions, I have had a massage on a regular basis ever since. Not only do I feel that this 'back maintenance' is effective in helping keep aches and pains at bay, a massage at the end of a working week is very relaxing and a real treat - highly recommended!
