Sometimes itŌĆÖs good to look back over your journey and see how far youŌĆÖve come. I worked out 5 times a week in all 3 pics they are each about a year apart.
My goal for starting was mental fitness and I didnŌĆÖt get into this for physical looks; thatŌĆÖs just been an added bonus.
ItŌĆÖs not an overnight journey - you just have to strap in and enjoy the ride. ItŌĆÖs a lifestyle and not a quick fad phase. If you enjoy the process then you will want to do it instead of feeling like you... ŌĆśshouldŌĆÖ.

lovely young lady putting your needs first. In my 10 sessions I lost four bags of sugar something I CouldnŌĆÖt of done on my own. She has also helped my son get his Mojo back. If you want to lose weight get fit with no fuss just hard work then Alicia is for you. She does exactly what she says on the tin.

Went up to see Alicia for a body composition test and she let me know all the options and said sheŌĆÖd email me my results which she did very quickly, before I knew it IŌĆÖd signed up for PT sessions and love them, she works you hard but itŌĆÖs all so worth it, IŌĆÖm definitely getting stronger and hopefully the measurements will reflect the same. I've only been training with Alicia for a couple of weeks and I already feel like a new person - physically and mentally. It was a huge step for me to even contact a PT in the first place but I am so glad I did. And I am even more pleased that it was Alicia I contacted.



Is it hard? Yes. But is it fun? Absolutely. And I am already seeing results and getting comments from others on how well I look and how much happier I seem. Alicia is patient (she has to be with me!!!), positive and supportive and as nervous as I was, she put me at ease immediately. The sessions are always different and, as tough as they can be, I never fail to go away feeling pumped and energised.

I started personal training with Alicia a month ago because I wanted to get into a running routine. When she first measured me etc the reults were rather shocking in parts. So we slowly started building up my fitness and strength - and I absolutely love it. Not like I love ice cream, chocolate or the cinema obvs, but I love her enthusiasm, I love her patience (I have zero coordination skills, so circuit training for me is a challenge for more than one reason), I love how she motivates me to do things I didn't think I could do and I love how I feel afterwards. Since the training is high intensity I'm already feeling fitter and stronger - which I love too. I'm always looking forward to my lessons :) thank you Alicia!

Each session is different, with something new to try and although she works you very hard, it is great fun too! I can already see results both in how I look but also how I feel in myself. Alicia is so patient and encouraging and gives you such drive that you can't help but give 100% every time. Be prepared to sweat!!

After just 4 sessions I'm feeling amazing!......trimmer, stronger and so much more toned.

Alicia is such a great trainer and has a great personality and had also motivated me to change my life.

Making that first appointment is hard but once your there she puts you at ease right away.

Then once you start training you will feel nervous again but once you start you forget about it.

There is never an awkward or tense moment as it's always talking and laughs (as well as hard work of course)

I'm on my 2nd week / just completed my 3rd session and I have to say I can't wait for the next session, which I never thought id say.
