took our 11 year old nervous Springer today. he has come home looking and smelling amazing. I advised Alicia before he went that he was extremely nervous. she sent me a lovely message to put my mind at ease. can highly recommend and the little bow was an added touch!!

We used Alicia for our cockapoo puppy first groom, she was amazing and he really enjoyed his time with her! Finley came back looking gorgeous, so soft and smelling beautiful! Already booked his next cut in and were very excited! Thank you Alicia xx ��

We got Casper a year ago as a rescue and he was so nervy and unsettled. Alicia was so good with him as he’s very excitable and twitchy with new people, but he loves going and comes out looking and smelling delicious. She’s reasonably priced and great at getting back to you, which wasn’t the case with other groomers I tried. Give her a go and you won’t be disappointed �

The best groomer around in my opinion! Both my dogs are a little sensitive to new people and surroundings making them very nervous ! Meaning I don't often feel comfortable leaving them with anyone else,but Alicia made me feel at ease straight away! She knew how to approach both baz and pip without putting them under any stress, resulting in a positive experience for them both.....not to mention they looked and smelt a million dollars !

My two dogs had their first grooming session today, I was a bit hesitant as they needed “hand stripping” rather than clipping, but when Alicia had finished they looked like completely new dogs! I was very impressed with the setup and they seemed very happy left there too. Will definitely recommend Alicia to friends.

My puppy cockapoo Luna came for a groom, me and my husband were scared because we have seen horrible jobs and read horrible stories but we were sooo happy to be able to see her beautiful face and she was soooo happy aswell!!! I definitely recommend to more dog owners even if the dog doesn’t need a trim because she smells AMAZING!!! ��������

My Bailey has a bit of a bad reputation amongst groomers he is not great to groom and very grumpy , but Alicia has worked miracles and he came home looking beautiful once more which I never thought would happen.

She clearly is wonderful with dogs and super patient and I would highly recommend her xx

Lovely service by Alicia Felt very comfortable leaving both Mac & Clara in her hands as this was there very 1st visit. They came back happy, smelling beautiful, and beautiful haircuts!Highly Recommended!And have just rebooked them both in again.

I took my 6 month old puppy for his first hand stripping groom and honestly I could not be more pleased he looked brilliant and seemed really chilled with the whole experience I can not recommend Alicia groom room enough please give her a try she explained everything involved before hand and really put my mind at rest as I didn't know what to expect. Harvey is booked in again already.

I have taken Fly to Alicia for a while now. Fly used to hate going to the groomers. With Alicia she gets the personal touch, not just a production line. She comes out happy, beautiful and smells amazing. Alicia is a lovely, happy girl who clearly loves dogs. Highly recommend.

How Lola got to be five without ever having a professional groom, I don't know... Anyway, a trip to Alicia's groom room and she's like a new dog - smells wonderful, looks whiter than I've ever seen her, and trimmed for the hot weather! Plus she actually seemed to enjoy it (not like her baths at home...) Highly recommend!

Fantastic, dusty our German shepherd who does her best to impersonate a kangaroo, so can’t be the easiest to groom. Warmed immediately to her groomer and what a lovely manner with animals she has, all the patience in the world. Brilliant service, professional and will definitely be rebooking. Would recommend highly.

Definitely recommend! Alicia is lovely and was brilliant with the terriers. Quick, efficient nail clipping with lots of cuddles and reassurance. It was Brian's first time and he wasn't fazed at all � will be booking in my very timid lurcher for bath and nails soon!

Charlie and Ellie had their first visit there on Friday. I was very happy with the setup as it seemed very secure. Alicia was amazing with them both. Charlie used to get very stressed at the groomers so we had a little previsit and he bonded with Alicia straight away. He was so chilled he almost fell asleep in the bath. Both dogs look great and they will definitely be going again.

Brought my little benji, he was abit worse for wear in need off a good cut. Alicia has done an amazing job on him he looks like a new dog !! So professional and very reliable too ! Highly recommend her x

Baxter has just got back from his first groom with Alicia. He was in abit of a mess, very uneven coat and alot of matting but he's come back a totally different dog. He looks amazing! I will be definitely booking him in for regular grooms. Thankyou so much xx

Alicia is so good . My pooch used to cry out at my previous groomers but with Alicia she’s relaxed and definitely a lot happier . Alicia is patient and clearly adores the dogs . Bonnie comes back with a perfect cut , smells lush , and I’m quids in too!

Alicia did a great job with Jorgie. Jorgie was attacked by a staff a few years ago and as such her backend is sensitive and doesn't like it brushed. Alicia has surpassed my expectations and Jorgie looks and smells amazing, and looks like a cloud. Thank you so much Alicia, Jorgie will definitely be back xxxxx
