Alicia's Micro Bakehouse's future things to come!

We used Alicia’s for our welcome food for our wedding party close by. We had a waiting team handing out slices in place of canapés. The pizzas were incredible. The dough is to die for. Martin was really helpful throughout and gave us a good deal as we had ordered 55 pizzas. I would recommend such a service if you were having a party close by. It’s a different and fun way of having canapé style welcome food. Amazing, amazing, amazing xx

Take this from somebody that treats Pizza like a religion and eats out, A LOT! This place is really good, the service is great and so is the food! With a small premises and such good food, plan accordingly - I've waited hours in top restaurants but here, the wait was absolutely fine. We had drinks and chatted whilst we waited and the pizza was worth it! I recommend it 100% phone ahead if you want to gauge how busy it is.

Popped in here last night very last minute hoping to get a table which they managed to squeeze us in (great!!). The waiting staff were clearly rushed off their feet working in such a small space but they nailed it. Pizzas were insane, sourdough was perfection all ingredients were fresh and you can see it all being made in front of you in an impressive pizza oven!

Ignore what people are saying about waiting, their just impatient- the fresh pizzas are worth the wait! Well worth a visit !!!

One word....wow!!

We were originally booked to eat in the restaurant, but our babysitting plans got cancelled so we ordered a delivery instead. The guy who took our calls was really friendly. We phoned our delivery order through in advance (at 5.30 pm) and our delivery arrived on time (8.30pm) almost to the minute. Being asked to pay via contactless on the doorstep was really convenient.

We ordered 3 pizzas - quattro formaggio, rucola and spagnola. Each one was delicious. And I say that as someone who doesn't usually like pizza much (due to negative experiences with greasy takeouts of the past). All the ingredients were fresh, you could taste the kick from the rocket, you got dodges,of taste from each of the individual four cheeses on the quattro formaggio.

The much-vaunted sourdough was chewy, thin and perfect, nothing like the heavy, preservative laden doughs you get from other pizza oulets. We felt full, but not bloated. I even ate the crusts, and I NEVER eat the crusts.

Basically, we will never buy pizza from anywhere else ever again.

Only thing I'd say is, if you have a huge appetite, and you're used to the tabletop sized pizzas from the franchise restaurants, order extra. The pizzas yield 6 decent/8 slim slices each. We ordered 3 between 2 of us (But still paid the same as we would from our usual delivery place) which means we got to sample 3 different toppings, which makes me very happy.

Just sat enjoying another awesome Pizza from Alicia's! Check it out if you want REAL pizza. Love the food and the service is exceptional. Fantastic and a great addition to Stirchley and the food scene in Birmingham

Just had an amazing experience at Alicia's ... its so much more than just a pizza... its a taste sensation! Really friendly staff and lovely atmosphere. I dont think I can have a normal take out pizza ever again! Kids get pizza and ice cream for just a fiver! My daughter is a picky eater so I wasn't sure if she would eat it ... but she ate the lot! I feel like I have just popped to italy for lunch!

I am Italian and very fussy about my pizza. I think Alicia's are the best Neapolitan-style pizzas this side of Italy ;) I only had a takeaway and not visited the place yet, but will definitely do soon.

Great pizza! It’s so nice to have a change from a cheap tasting (but expensive) takeaway pizza that’s greasy and tasteless. I called up to place an order, the lady on the phone was really friendly and helpful. Our pizzas arrived promptly and tasted delicious. The option to pay on card on your doorstep is great too. Can’t wait to order again and eat in at some point. Thank you :)

Been to alicias a couple of times for pizza. It was amazing!! Proper Neapolitan pizza done so well. Staff were very friendly and the guys who run the place are gents. Really great place.
