1. INTRODUCTION
1. 1. This document sets out the terms and conditions (“Terms”) that apply to participation in the #winitwednesday competition (“contest”) via Alie Street Facebook.
1. 2. The promoter is Tiffany Rose Ltd, (t /a “Alie Street London”) a company registered in England and Wales, number 6893999. Registered office 2 Villiers Court, 40 Upper Mulgrave Road, Surrey, SM2 7AJ. Tiffany Rose Ltd reserves the right to change these Terms at any time and to communicate the changes to entrants by updating these terms.
1. 3. By entering this Contest all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
2. PARTICIPATION
2. 1. To participate in the Contest entrants must be aged 18 or over.
2. 2. Open to Global participants.
2. 3. To take part in the contest, entrants must enter by doing the following: Like the Alie Street London @aliestreetlondon Facebook page, and share the #winitwednesday post.
2. 4. No purchase is necessary to enter the Contest.
2. 5. Alie Street London and Tiffany Rose Ltd does not accept responsibility for any late, lost, damaged, incomplete or fraudulent entries.
2. 6. Employees of Alie Street, Tiffany Rose Ltd, or any related companies and their family members are not permitted to enter the Competition.
2. 7. The competition will run from 4th October and will close at midnight 10th October. Any entries received after the closing date will not be eligible.
2. 8. There will be 1 winner.
2. 9. The winner will be selected by Tiffany Rose Ltd.
3. PRIZE
3. 1 The winner will receive an the Colour Block Dress in Berry and in their chosen size from the sizes available in our size guide.
3. 2. The winner will be notified via Direct Message on Facebook.
3. 3. In the event that contact cannot be made with the Winner after 3 attempts Alie Street London and Tiffany Rose Ltd shall select another winner.
3. 4. The winner will receive the prize within 1 month of contact.
3. 5. There is no cash alternative and Alie Street London and Tiffany Rose Ltd reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equivalent value in the event of circumstances outside of its control.
3. 6. The winner’s name will be available upon request by writing to Tiffany Rose Ltd.
4. GENERAL
4. 1. Alie Street London and Tiffany Rose Ltd’s decision is final and no correspondence on any matter concerning the contest will be entered into.
4. 2. Alie Street London Tiffany Rose Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Contest, or to extend any closing date.
