Over the past few weeks our little restaurant has received a number of very negative reviews posted on various sites which we strongly believe to be fake. They are being written about events and bad experience that have never taken place in our restaurant.
We are unsure who is writing them and why they are being posted, but we are unable to tamper with reviews or take them down.
... All businesses do receive negative feedback from time to time, this is something we do accept as long as it is genuine and truthful which does not seem to be the case lately.
Our restaurant is small and we have few staff members meaning management would be fully aware if anything had happened.
We always value feedback from our genuine customers and love reading about their great experiences with us on sites such as TripAdvisor and Facebook.

We may be closed while enjoying Christmas Day with loved ones but as an extra Christmas present we will be announcing the winner of our second Christmas competition on Christmas Day! 🎄

i would very highly recommend this establishment as the best indian restaurant/takeaway i have ever been to the food is out of this world and very plentiful the staff are so welcoming and if you have any problem they will go out of their way to assist you if you require a certain dish the chef will come out of the kitchen and help you [that is providing that he is not too busy as i have noticed almost every time that i have eaten here he has been very busy ] the restaurant itself is a little on the small side as there as been times when i have wanted to have a sit down meal and it has been full to the brim with customers waiting for tables too maybe it would have been a good idea to BOOK first the atmosphere in the restaurant is so welcoming and the decor is so unique [compliments to the decorator] if you have never tried ALIS before go on give it a go and you decide for yourself

We have just enjoyed a takeaway from here tonight and the food was amazing as always! And really friendly and helpful staff x we had both chicken and lamb dishes and both meats were cooked to perfection thank you xx

We have just eaten the best Indian takeaway we've ever had. It was delivered by a lovely lady and was ready at the time they stated. Will definitely use again. Thank you for making our Saturday night special. Kath Hall.

We have been to your lovely friendly little restaurant many times introduced lots of our friends and family and can honestly say we think Ali’s is the best Around for both the food and service.

Used about once every 3 weeks for the past 4 years. Great staff, great food.

The restaurant is beautifully decorated which leaves a warming welcome all staff are very sociable and very loving! Can not fault this place as the curry is amazing I would recommend Ali's restaurant to everyone.

Our first visit for my daughter's birthday was amazing. The service is excellent with lovely staff who are friendly yet professional. The food was all hot , fresh and absolutely delicious. Definitely one to recommend and we will be returning .

It's not often you order a takeaway on New Years Eve and it arrives on time with everything you ordered correct but we had a fantastic meal with fantastic service from Ali's last night! Would definitely recommend them.

Been here for a meal tonight and it was beautiful! The customer service was lovely from chatty happy staff even if one commented on how nice my grey hair was lol! Will definitely be returning :)
