Ali'S Kebab House

After reading mixed reviews on this place we decided to give it a go anyway.
Our outcome was the staff were rude and they tried to over charge us by £4.00. We came away with nothing and went else where.

Great food at good prices

Excellent food. Special burger is the best.

Unless a disgruntled competitor has been trying to discredit Ali's Kebabs with some of the reviews on here, then I simply do not understand why the people who have posted the poor reviews can justify their comments.

• The prices (compared to where I am from in the South East) are CHEAP.
• The food is first class and freshly cooked. The southern fried chicken is much better than KFC in my opinion.
• The staff are very friendly and always greet me with a smile and chat the whole time my food is being cooked.

I even drive from Ottery St Mary to Honiton and back just for Ali's food, so my message to the 1 and 2 star reviewer's is to get out a bit more, then you will realise when you have a quality business serving you good food on your doorstep. FACT. 👌😀👍

Food was terrible no taste small helpings for the price and staff were arogant

Not sure where the other reviews come from about Ali's kebab shop, myself and my family have been eating here for over ten years and always find the same high quality of both food and service. It is not in the nature of the staff to be rude, they are often very busy but still provide the same service. Chefs Special kebab is my No1.

My family have lived in Honiton for over 26 years now.

We are sick and tired of straight up rudeness when ordering on the phone.

Bad service when it comes to not being listened to when ordering.

Excessively high prices on very standard food quality.

Every time I go in to take away we experience exstream cockiness followed by very patronizing questions aimed in a obviously deliberate way just for there own sake just to gaining a kick out of it.

We are there customers we should be treated with respect, it would be great to see another kebab shop open up in Honiton to give thees guys a run for their money..

Rude staff. Asked them to smile several times. Guess what....they didn't. I even asked some locals as to whether the staff should at least smile when taking your hard earned money for their muck. No surprise the locals are just as miserable and even surprised if someone talks to them. Conclusion - Price is a rip off. Food tastes doggers. Avoid even if you're mega drunk.

Me and my partner have both been to this takeaway shop around 3-4 times now, each time we have been their to buy food staff was rude and portion sizes was very small or though we ordered a large! The staff of this take away shop also gave us both the wrong order. Would never suggest anyone to eat from this shop, unless you enjoy waisting your hard earned money.
