Ali'S Music Academy

This is a new Saturday morning music school teaching small groups (max 8) of children and teens aged 5 + the syllabus for ABRSM singing exams.

Alison Guill is the creator and head teacher of Ali's Music Academy, Finchley. A singer herself, she has performed at Her Majesty's Theatre, The Royal Albert Hall, the Barbican, throughout the UK and internationally as far as the Madinat Jumeriah Theatre in Dubai, as well as on stage with Sir Elton John and in the recording studio for motion pictures such as Pirates of the Caribbean 2 Dead Man's Chest, Gnomeo & Juliet and most recently, How to Train your Dragon 2.

As a teacher, she has over 10 years' experience with the ABRSM, Trinity, LAMDA and Rockschool examination boards and a 100% exam pass rate for her students. She has taught peripatetically in schools in Knightsbridge and Belgravia out to Hertfordshire, and currently works at Mountview and Urdang teaching undergraduates and postgraduates who want to go into the musical theatre business.

Now a mother herself, she is keen to awaken the love of singing in the younger generation and looks forward to welcoming young singers at her studio in Finchley N3.
