When carrying out a treatment of energy healing combined with aromatherapy massage I was aware of a spirit in the room.It showed itself several times in the form of light. I always acknowledge spirit.Following this sighting I instantly had a download or you might say telepathic transfer of information along with a visual. I knew the purpose of this visit was so that I could act as a go-between the middle and upper world and to share this in a safe environment.The information... that I was able to give her included something which I could not of known in fact they had only discussed it a couple of days before her husband passed. Receiving accurate information from the spirit world really does help with the process of bereavement especially if someone is struggling with loss. Interestingly and maybe more important is the fact that she went on to have her own direct experience and she couldn’t wait to tell me all about it. Now she is feeling much better she just pops back for the occasional treatment to keep her vibration high as energy healing and the life force of the plant spirits act as preventative medicine.

As with all the elements we are looking at ourselves. Water is emotion, unprocessed emotion can lead to symptoms and the manifestation of ill-health.During energy healing either the person will release this themselves,tears, crying or if it is a severe level it will pass through me and run out of my nose,eyes or sometimes both. Sometimes colour comes through me for healing,and once it has appeared it feels as if I am projecting it.To see the wavelength of different colours is truly an emotional experience, especially when my hands and arms are also that colour. Recently I’ve been energy healing for a client and in the first session green appeared over her feet. Afterwards she told me that for many years she’d practised barefoot walking but recently a podiatrist had advised her to start wearing shoe...s all of the time. During the following sessions green appeared and moved up her body. Further conversation revealed that when she was growing up her mother would not allow her to wear green or have anything green in the house as she had thought it unlucky. So when she got married she rebelled and chose green for her going away outfit. Now recently bereaved,she took this as a sign of healing and also to buy some green clothing, to connect with nature and go back to her barefoot walking.

Releasing anger from the energy field. Anger although useful at times is a low vibrational energy.It can block you on every level.During a session of healing there are different ways in which it can leave the energy field. If it is severe it filters through me and feels like every cell in my body is shaking,unpleasant but necessary.When it leaves in this way the person is usually unaware that anything has taken place.The reason is because they would probably stop the treatme...nt. When we release it together often a slight shaking movement is felt by them and I observe the shaking movement of the particles that form the body. In this way it leaves over a few sessions. It’s not up to me which way this happens as energy has its own intelligence. A patient with pelvic bone marrow and lung cancer. Whilst healing in the energy field a void appeared in the solar plexus chakra. I placed my hands above filling it with light and as the energy changed the void disappeared.The feedback after the session was that she’d had a vision of “a large bowl of yellow custard !”Unaware of what had happened I explained what had taken place. Divine timing is always present guiding us for the experiences we are meant to have. How lovely to get a card in the post from a client who had been suffering from chronic pain in her neck and shoulders and hospitalised three times in the previous month. ✨A Christmas miracle✨ During the last 6 months of 2017 my mum had symptoms of multiple night sweats,insomnia,fatigue and rapid weight loss. She was admitted to hospital a couple of times resulting in a lump being removed that was biopsied. In February 2018 she was told that all the results so far were negative. I completed 5 sessions of energy field healing for her. Immediately following this the multiple night sweats reduced to 1 around 6 AM. The insomnia disappeared the fa...tigue greatly reduced and she gained weight and was signed off by the nutritionist. In June my mum received a phone call and an appointment the following day. Further test results from the biopsy,she was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma stage 3 high-grade. She was advised to have chemotherapy and underwent 6 treatments. I also did a 6th session of healing during my visit in October.
