Reflexology

I am a mobile therapist and am passionate about my work and the benefits of holistic complimentary therapy. I see my clients for various reasons; some are seeking help with a specific health issue and some are looking for a relaxing treatment to help reduce stress and maintain well being. I also have experience with cancer care and lymphoedema and am a qualified RLD practitioner. I work with children in schools using a technique drawn from reflexology called Functional Reflex Therapy or FRT. The sessions are designed to deliver a short repetitive relaxation routine to help reduce anxiety, improve mood and support well being. It is especially helpful for children with autistic spectrum disorders, learning difficulties and complex needs but not exclusive to them.
