Wish there were more star options. Been a (newish) customer for a couple of months now. Always a friendly, smiling face to great me even on hectic delivery days. I asked a simple question regarding wood shavings last week and the response I got was truly magnificent! After a quick call they would try to find out if they can order in the specific brand I wanted. Next day I had a message saying they can order it as and when I need it. Not many people do this nowadays and I don't think I would ever go anywhere else for my guinea pigs needs. I love this shop and love how they support local. Thankyou Alisons equestrian shop.

My beloved Rhodesian Ridgeback Nala has had two major operations in a month and she still wouldn't eat any of the food I had bought for her. I thought I would take her for a treat to Alison's one Saturday afternoon and we were not disappointed!

At first Nala wouldn't have any of the treats out of Alison's hands (she thought they were those nasty tablets I kept trying to give her). Alison allowed her to sniff her way through all the goody boxes and she tried each one as she went along �. She finally decided on her own 'pick n mix' treats and is now eating much better. We have a long way to go but Alison and her lovely staff were so helpful and so supportive.

I think I will be taking Nala there for 'lunch' again, very soon.

Lovely shop, staff are always very friendly and helpful. I go there especially for my guinea pig food because it is good quality and the cheapest around but also get my dog treats from there too. My dog loves it there as he always gets given a treat by the staff when we go. �

I popped in with a query about my puppy's upset tummy. Very helpful and I think we have cracked the problem! Thank you!

I LURVE THIS SHOP! Always greeted with kindness and smiles. They are friendly and helpful. Alison has always welcomed me and has ordered many things for me that she doesn't normally stock and (much to my surprise) she has sold them to me at the same price or cheaper than I can get them on the Internet (on most things). I would definitely RECOMMEND to anyone wanting to purchase anything for animals.

Alison is fab. Cheaper than the local competitors and if she doesn't stock what you want she will endeavour to get it in for you. Only down side is I seem to give her most of my wages each month lol ;) x
