Pure Massage Therapy is a professional massage service specialising in Swedish Massage, Hot Stone Therapy and Indian Head Massage. A consultation will be carried out before the massage to ensure I suit the massage to your needs.

Swedish Massage can be deep tissue or relaxing, using the hands to manipulate the muscle tissue, easing tension nodules and stiffness. Excellent for tension in the muscles and improvement in circulation.

Hot Stone Therapy is the ancient art of stone healing, Pure Massage Therapy uses basalt stones. The stones are heated and used as an extension of the hands. The benefits + effects of Stone Massage are countless. Physical effects are deep tissue relaxation, relieves tension, stress and pain such as back aches and muscular pain. Hot Stone Massage encourages the removal of waste toxins and improves circulation. Excellent for conditions such as Arthritis and Insomnia.

Indian Head Massage is excellent for pure relaxation and a sense of wellbeing. Oil can be used in the hair or without. The therapist starts working the back, neck and shoulders, arms and face and head.
