Yes it's a busy place, yes they run out of some specialty plates but over all we had a very nice time. The Romanian waiter was very sweet and attending. Of course be warm it's in a very popular and busy area. Oh and a big plus THEY HAVE A/C

Post theatre meal. Shared platter and cocktails. Yummy. Friendly attentive staff. Definitely recommend ❤️

Our family would like to say a very big thank you as we had a lovely time last Sunday. We were over from Belfast to support our daughter running in The London Landmark Half Marathon We arrived for lunch with thirteen in our group including five children The waitress was excellent and looked after us in a very friendly and professional manner We all had drinks and a lovely lunch and all served with a smile We really enjoyed our visit So a big thank you from Belfast and hopefully we will be back .

I wanted to say a huge thank you to the lovely ladies who looked after my son and I today. We popped in to have brunch whilst waiting for our family members running the London Landmarks Half Marathon. The staff were particularly welcoming, helpful, quick to serve and friendly. (My son was super chuffed that he was given a special warmed up glass of milk). Your staff are a credit to you All-Bar-One team!

Busy but well looked after. Food and cocktails good one fault was chips much too salty made them a little unpleasant. Will defiantly come back

Called in after a long day walking about , six of us. Lucky to get a big table upstairs. Waiter was very pleasant and we didn't have to wait long to be served. Ordered drinks, and then food. It came quickly, was well presented, tasty and hot.

Not giving 5* as the music was too loud and at times we had trouble hearing each other across the table !

But that wouldn't stop me returning

Busy part of town, even on a mid week day, so expected it to be busy.

Staff good, wine list standard, atmosphere ok. An A-typical establishment for the area. My only real criticism is it was a little too warm with the air-conditioning blowing warm air in a packed room. Hey ho, each to their own.

Not a bad place to meet and have a drink before moving on.

However, regardless of any of that it's the company you're with that makes it a special time and place.

6 off us was in there for a meal and drink. Lovely food came very quick .. The staff was very friendly and helpful . Good music not to loud. Good place to go and eat.

We visited on a Sat eve about 10.30pm, waited a very long time to be served, only 2 barmen and they seemed in no hurry or bothered that customers were patiently waiting and certainly did not acknowledge/apologise for the wait... Tables piled high with dirty glasses, bottles, ice buckets and only one person seemed to be clearing who got to our table eventually. Bouncer friendly and nice ambience though 😊

No wine glasses, had to drink out of nasty half pint kind of glasses & not very clean ones at that.....also a stroppy barman.

Always a problem when I order a hot drink after 6pm here, I always get attitude. This time I got told they did not sell hot chocolate. Then my friend spoke to the waiter when he came back and showed him the menu and said you do sell it. So he then turned round and said they had run out. So I asked for a latte and he rolled his eyes.

Worst service I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Sold out of everything but tried to just not tell us and hoped we didn’t notice. When confronted just got a disgruntled response as if everything was our own fault.

Want to be judged? Best place to go. Good brand, but never seen staff so rude.

They had no drinks that we asked for we ordered a soft drink that wasn't right and the food was absolutely vile waiter was embarrassed poor lad it wasn't his fault he couldn't do enough for us we refused to pay for 2 meals with chicken in it the chicken was like cardboard ..avoid at all costs

I'd avoid here unless you wanted to be treated like dirt.



As a bar maid, I know a thing or two about customer service. The staff here do not. A bar tender came over to us as soon as we sat down to ID us, which is fair enough, we're all in our early 20's so fair enough but instead of greeting us with "hello, how are you" he looked at us and said "i need your ID cards." Not very polite. When I went to the bar, I was stood waiting and the female bar tender, with black hair and a tattoo on her chest ignored me, I thought she might be watching the new bar tender to make sure he was doing everything okay but then as another customer approached the bar, she served him, leaving me still stood waiting.



A bar usually works as, whoever is there first, gets served first. That's how things work at my bar, maybe things are different here.



Oh, and just as I'm writing this review, I've seen the guy in a black shirt, shouting at a customer. Maybe they need a training session? Or learn some manners? I don't know but I've never seen staff so rude.

I went to All Bar One in Villiers Street and waited for the two customers ahead of me to be served hoping I would be attended to next. The male bartender saw me but served two other people despite that the lady bartender (who was serving) indicated to him that I was waiting to be served. He ignored me. Disgusting customer service.
