All Counselling

We offer one-to-one counselling for life issues such as Bereavement, Anxiety, Depression, Grief, Life changes, Low Self-Esteem or Relationship problems. We work in South Northumberland and Gosforth, Newcastle-upon-Tyne.

With ALL Counselling, you can be assured that we will provide a professional and confidential counselling service. You may not know what’s worrying you, it could be just a feeling of unrest. We will work with you to try and unlock your unease.

We have experience of dealing with issues relating to Bereavement, Anxiety, Living with life limiting illness, Depression, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Grief, Life changes, Low Self-Esteem or Relationship problems.

We are primarily person-centered counsellors but will work with other models including CBT (Cognative Behavioural Therapy), Solution Focused Therapy and Transactional Analysis (TA) if we feel this would benefit our client.

We work in Gosforth, Ponteland, Morpeth, Prudhoe and Hexham.
