As you know, I've been trialling some toffee recently in order to add it to our line of products. I want to hear from you - your favourite types, whether you want it covered in chocolate or not and whether would you would like to buy it in bars or individual bites?

A corporate order of twenty Easter egg shaped fudges that are going to be donated to a local children's hospital. The business wishes to remain anonymous.

That's all our postal orders dispatched and on their way to you. All other orders will be delivered by Thursday next week. I will be in touch to firm up a time with each of you soon.

What if I told you that I had combined our Fudge Crackjack and fudge nests? A gigantic chunk of deliciousness. Available at Park Britannia craft event TODAY 10-4... come and say hi!

Love this mother's day order! It was a bit of a Goldilocks situation... The customer knew she wanted "Mum" in fudge. Our little letters weren't enough fudge but our giant letters were too big so I came up with fudge letters encased in our normal slabs... Just right! This us vanilla and strawberries and cream, mocha & butterscotch and ginger and lemon.

I have been experimenting with some toffee this week and made some hard crunchy Butterscotch toffee and some chewy caramel toffee. They are both delicious... rich and buttery and smooth and more-ish.
We need to see how these batches "behave" and change over time but hopefully we will be offering them to you very soon.
Mr. All Fudged Up and I are in different camps when it comes to toffee. I love the soft chewy toffees but he prefers the hard crunchy types. Which is you favourite? Or maybe you like them both?

Just some of the flavours we have been making this week... Lemon meringue, Rocky Road, Eggstravaganza, Double Malteser, Cookies & Cream and Chocolate Orange. Which one would you bite into first?

🎂 Fudge making parties 🎂
There has been some talk about us starting fudge making experiences for kids parties. I need to check out some pricing and insurance details but it's definitely something that I would like to do.
Today we did a freebie practice run for a friend and it was such a hit! The birthday girl made herself a fudge number. Her guests made their own fudge slab and took it home for their party bag.
