We attended Christmas Eve service at this wonderfully historic church in London. The congregation was very welcoming, the sermon was spot on, and the atmosphere is unmatched. I highly recommend taking time out in London to worship at All Hallows some time.
Visited today, such a quiet and beautiful place in the middle of the busy city
Very helpful people working there. Beautiful old church and wonderful artifacts.
Very Great British History Building (672 AD) in the Heart of London. Great job done sending missionaries all over the World! God bless all everyone who is taking care of the building.
This really is a hidden gem! Passed it on our way to dinner nearby & came back a few weeks later to see what was inside. Excellent wee museum in the crypt with things from Roman times onwards. Definitely worth a visit.
So quiet and beautiful considering its location. Autumn colours are beautiful
Same vicinity as the Tower of London. I loevd it here. So much history. No crowds. Free entry. This is a working church and you can worship here if that's your bag. All are very welcome.
Our family visited the church for Easter service, and were moved both by the incredible beauty of the church, and by the clear and visible spirit of Christ evinced by the congregation. This is a special place.
It is a great place to visit. Really beautiful, both in sight and feel... A hidden treasure!
If you only visit one place in London visit here! The amount of history is amazing.
I was totally captivated by the atmosphere and the ornate religious architecture.
Truly a privilege to pray in a church of such historic significance, beauty & opulence.
An oasis of spiritual tranquility in a bustling city.
Also thank you to the lady at the desk. She was very helpful.
I had planned on going to St Paul's but they had an event and weren't opening to tourists until 1. So I checked put All Hallows and I'm very glad I did. For one thing it is free to view and the crypt and archaeology in the church, being so old, was fantastic (as someone who is fascinated by that).
I enjoy the taize service on Wednesday's a. It is a gentle way to create some space in the middle of the working week to clear the mind and rejoice at the gifts we have in Christ. Celebrating in song and silence helps to reboot my spirits.
Fabulous place to be. A living and breathing experience shrouded in history. We hosted Christmas Dinner here in 20th of December. Great cooperation from Rev. Bertrand Olivier. Totally recommended.
Enchanting musical evening full of the spirit of Christmas from City Music Services on Friday 15 December. Thank you CMS Chorale, JP Morgan Singers, PwC Choir and friends and soloists.
An oasis in the midst of bustling wonderful City of .Londinium. Lovely staff. Grt service.
A wonderful church in the city of London opposite Tower of London. Have been a few times to visit and listen to the carol services. Very enjoyable. Such a beautiful building with so much history.
A very vibrant church right next to the tower and a wonderful, but small museum. Really worth a visit.
This is going to seem a bit trivial but after seeing the wonderful poppy display in the tower yesterday we really fancied a decent cup of coffee and a cake. It was a beautiful afternoon and we were delighted to find a table outside. Very friendly efficient service, good coffee and ok cake. I am wheelchair dependent and we had taken the trouble to find out that you have a disabled wc. Great access so I went alone only to find a baby changing trolley freestanding on casters was taking up all the floor space and my quite moderate manual wheelchair did not fit in there. WHY Is THIS ACCEPTABLE There are large numbers of disabled people but to take up all the floor space to the point where we can't use it is offensive to us. We try to hang on to some freedom and dignity and thoughtless actions like this really are depressing, especially in a church setting where one might expect more understanding. Jan andersson
