All In Promise

All In is a coordinated response by the UK startup & scaleup ecosystem to proactively drive diversity & inclusion in our businesses, creating a fairer world for all. There are 2 components to it: 1. The Commitment -- a series of actions that we carefully crafted after a year of consultation with founders, people /HR professionals and D& I experts. 2. The Community -- a space to learn and support each other to make progress in these areas. We are a team of people from communities such as ICE, COO Stories and Tech Nation, working alongside D& I experts from Fair HQ, Unleashed and InChorus. We are now onboarding our Founding Pledgers.
