Loki - in the same situation as Mango. Located in Chesterfield where he was taken as an owner surrender. Having had the luxury of a heated kennel, pet TV and an agility field, he's about to lose all of that if we can't find an immediate solution. He needs a family. He had a family. He has been very confused by his move as he did nothing wrong. As part of his assessment it's become apparent that the had a fear and nervousness around men. However, within minutes of being in...troduced he rolls over and asks for tummy tickles. He needs a patient family with only older children who are dog savvy, he also needs a LOT of committed exercise. Mango had adoption arranged but the family decided he was too big - he's a Mioritic shepherd cross and he's a big lad. High energy, he needs space and someone who will devote time to give him a proper exercise regime. He's been loving life at the country club in Chesterfield but as the time draws closer to them shutting up shop we need to find a solution for Mango. He's a lovely boy, nervous of some men to start, but otherwise very loving and loyal. Only people with space to properly care for a large dog will be considered. Anastasia, the smooth coated white pup, is 4 months old. When her rescuer posted this video everybody offered to take the fluffy pups, but Anastasia got no offers, no interest. She's a gorgeous little pup and deserves a great home. She's ready to travel now. I know several people have shown an interest but not gone as far as filling in the application form. On the 14th of December these two little dogs were found freezing and starved in a woods. Weighing less than 3kg we don't know how they survived! Named Mary and Josephine they were taken immediately to a clinic where they remained undergoing treatment to stabilise them and getting all of their vaccinations done to protect their wee bodies. This is Seth. He's a 10½ month old Romanian border collie. In foster since he arrived in the UK in July, Seth is still nervous about a few things, he doesn't like being left and needs someone home with him all the time. Saoirse – mixed breed female pup – 5 and half months old. This is what her foster has to say...
... She is a mix breed with a whippet, you can tell from her beautiful markings. She has been in UK for two weeks now, and she is currently in a foster home in Brighton. She has done a lot of progress compared on when she first arrived. She was frightened of everything around her and nervous and shy. Today Sao (you can call her Sao and she will respond) she is a different pup! She is a bit anxious to be left alone, and she can get easily overwhelmed from new things. She loves cuddles and to spend a lot of time with her human. She needs her time to get to trust you, but once she does, she will become the most loving creature in your life and your shadow: D She is also very calm at home. She likes to spend time with humans, so she will be behind your back most of the times :D Sao is currently still house training and lead training. Her house training is going well, she needs to stick to a scheduled routine with her meals and walks. If you stick to a routine she will be always do her needs outside; Of course, incidents can happen, and there are times where she does it inside but well she is still a baby and learning. On the lead, she still need patience and training, but she is making progress every day. She likes to discover new places! Sao is currently living with two resident cats, and she is has accepted them from day 1. She never chases them! She is gentle and curious, with them. So, she can live with cats! Sao needs a calm home, where her humans will be often around! She might be able to live with a resident older and calm dog; Sao is scared and fearful when it comes to meet other dogs, she became frighten of aggression when she sees them now. But with the time and introduction we believe she will be fine. She is a loving, calm and gentle puppy, looking for her forever home. Saoirse is available for meet and greet in the Brighton area. Merry Christmas to all of our supporters. We may be a small rescue but this year we saved 64 souls in the UK by either bringing them to the safety of new families or taking them from dire situations to their new rescues and rehab. We also provided homechecks, assessments and transport for a lot more. None of this would be achievable without the consistently invaluable help from rescue stalwarts Elaine Young and Sharon Nee and Vinia Surrey, the Rescuers here and abroad who ar...e on the frontline, our wonderful fosters and our amazing transporters of choice Ella's paws, Bota Bogdan-Laurentiu and CHR Leca Bogdan who have conquered some of the worst conditions to get dogs to safety. Sammy, having had his heart surgery, is now recovering well. He'll need a few follow up appointments to ensure it's all working properly but essentially he's out of the woods 😍 Thank you to everyone who donated to help Sam get the surgery he so desperately needed ❤

**UPDATE: STILL AVAILABLE.** So many enquiries for Anastacia but not one follow through. We don't know a breed because she was found as a pup with no mother. She is a small Jack Russell type cross -that's the best we can do. Her adoption fee is comprised of £200 transport charge and £75 preparation costs to the Romanian rescuer - that's it, we don't charge extra for anything.
Little Anastasia is 5 months old. Nobody wants her. Her kennel mate pups were fluffy and everyone wanted them, but she's just been left.
