All Saints Church community runs a monthly Drop-in Tea at the Church Hall and also every month a lunch for the older members of the community. A House Communion is held most weeks: contact Diana 01908 372434 for further details.

The first record that we have of the church is in 1185, during the reign of Henry II, the great-grandson of William the Conqueror. John of Essex was installed as Rector at Bow Brickhill in 1219 by the Abbot of the Cistercian Woburn Abbey.
