The delux room was exceptionally well appointed both for bathroom and bedroom facilities. The King size bed was very comfortable with spotless linen . A varied hot selection for breakfast freshly cooked , put some expensive hotels to shame ! Overall a great 24 hour stay and well worth every penny! Congratulations to Chris and Stephanie for maintaining a top of the range B&B! Youโve raised our expectations and set the bar for elsewhere now!

Just on our second visit this year,and have got to say that joy and ian just canโt do enough to make your feel so relaxed and from the minute you walk in you get that friendly greeting and know your going to enjoy your stay,the rooms are so comfortable and serviced to a very high standard,well stocked tea coffee tray ,and breakfast selection choice5star, ps this is our 5th time alltogether at all seasons and every time is just great.

Absolutely love this little gem. Lesley and Andrew are great hosts making you feel very welcome. The rooms are well presented with everything you need and the breakfast menu is extensive.
