Join me for a wide range of classes including:

Bootcamp: £5 for one hour of outdoor exercise on Wednesday 7pm-8pm in Walton. A fully body workout open to any level.

Aqua aerobics: A fun workout which is particularly good for those who want to put less strain on joints and muscles.

Circuits: An indoor full body workout.

I also do children's party's, after school clubs or fitness sessions.
