food is overpriced and the portions were ridiculously small ordered a platter for 4 people which was 48.00 came with miniature burgers which would be suitable for a 2year old. came here for my birthday spent nearly 200 quid for 6 people and we left still hungry. this price didnt even include alcohol. service charge on top is 12.5% which is extortionate. avoid eating here at all costs. you would definitely get better value for your money elsewhere.

ALL STAR PAIN!! Save your money and go elsewhere. Went this afternoon with my Mrs for dinner and bowling around 6.30pm... didn't even get to finish my sentence before I was grunted at to say "first lane free is 9:30" we opted out of bowling as we knew it was a busy Saturday night and decided to eat instead. The waitress literally plonked us next to the front doors and walked off. We flagged down another waitress and asked to be moved which she helped out with. We had barely been sat down 30 seconds before the first waitress said we had to move as the table was reserved for a table of 8. She then had the audacity to seat another couple straight down where she moved us from!!!! Anyway we ordered drinks which were quick and decided on a sharer of nachos with jalapeños sour cream melted cheese etc. What turned up was a bag of Doritos with cold squeezy cheese out a tube, watery sour cream and salsa. It was cold and I've had better from a cinema! We then ordered main course. I had a burger with cheese and a side of mac n cheese. My girlfriend had the "top dog" and some chips to share. The "top dog" looked like a shot dog and was freezing cold along with the chips which was sent back straight away. I sat there like a idiot eating on my own and was finished in about ten minutes. 15 minutes later and my girlfriend still had no food. We complained and next minute her microwaved hot dog turned up. The hot dog was piping hot, the bun cold and soggy. The chips were cold again which was the last straw!!! We decided to get the bill and go. The bill came up at £48 which was an absolute joke seeing as we hardly ate and when we did it was separately because the chefs were unable to serve hot food. To twist the knife even further they whacked 12.5% service charge on the bill without telling us. I'm not one to complain but tonight's complete cock up warranted this review. Save yourself the bother and grab a sandwich from Waitrose..... it's probably warmer!!!

Really overpriced food . Almost £200 for 6 people , nobody felt satisfied .Tiny burgers .Asked for icecream on its own, still came with cream to fill out the dish . £5 Quesadilla was pitiful , absolutely empty. Style over substance. Serving staff were very good even though busy. Bowling was great . Well maintained lanes and equipment. Brilliant music by way of live dj. Great touch there. I would advise to eat elsewhere for cheaper better quality .

Nice restaurant with a bowling alley. Friendly staff even though Sunday was very busy. Fast service for bartenders with the drinks. Our server was very polite. Delicious food!

Nice restaurant, food was lovely and great service, heartily recommend, especially for the ten pin bowling as well, which we'll do next time.

On another note tho, there were several kids that were running amok that needed staff to intervene. Parents this is your job, you'd soon complain if they fell and hurt themselves, had drinks spilt on them or hot food sent flying. The staff are there to serve you food and drinks, to give you a good dining experience, not act as a babysitter.

I just hope that my experience there was just a one off kids wise, as this is not fair to the staff nor the other patrons..

I held my son's 16 birthday here. The food was delicious and the staff were outstandingly helpful. Everyone said they thoroughly enjoyed the event.

Only did Bowling and I gotta say it was really fun - the alley is smooth so the bowling ball still picks up good speed and it feels awesome when you hit the pins, I hear it gets quite busy so I went there during the lunch hour and only few lanes are used. Value wise it is abit expensive but from the seats to the bowling balls it really is top notch bowling alley. Might try the food next time

Went for bowling and a meal for a friends hen party. Had a pleasant time bowling but had an unpleasant time eating our meal. Two burgers were uncooked so were sent back. One burger came back fresh and the other was the same burger we had handed back to them. Complained to another staff member and as we spoke to him the first waitress came over to us and butted in rudely and told him that we had already complained to her about the food. Asked to speak to the manager and she apologised, but then went round the corner and had a giggle about our complaint with the waitress we had complained about! How professional. Ended up getting just £10 off the meal. Won't be going there again!

Very disorganised, worse bowling alley I've ever attended. No explanation of what to do for first timers. We waited ages for names to go up over our 3 lanes so couldn't play and there was 20 of us playing. We didn't get an opportunity to order any food at lane side. The reception staff were abrupt and kept getting our details incorrect. We made our night fun, won't be returning to this particular venue again.

It can always be a bit of a fiasco when booking for large groups but this place does okay! The staff are always very friendly and cater for you well. The place is a bit pricey for drinks and food though.
