Excellent bike shop. I was after a bike I’d seen elsewhere, they didn’t have it in stock but ordered it in less than a week. Great service from Alan who let me try some other road bikes for size and got me set up quickly.

Juat bought another bike from this great independent bike store with superb workshop (often in very high demand). Good range of bikes, kit and spares for all types of riding. Staff are superb. Lots of knowledge and happy to help with any questions, queries.

Really helpful staff, especially Ben and Daniel, who have spent much time with me on the phone, helping to choose the right bike. Their experience is invaluable - shops like this are so rare - lucky Yorkshire! wish I was nearer. Many thanks, Lance Dawson

Turnaround time, quality of service, and expert advice were second to none on my visit. I dropped the winter bike in for a service at v.short notice, and Ben in the workshop somehow managed to complete the work while I chatted with Matthew and Steve on the shop floor! A very welcoming, inclusive environment. 5 stars!

A very enthusiastic and friendly member of staff who helped and advised us on our purchase of the TACX trainer, which arrived super fast thanks to Matthew. Great staff that live for cycling, whatever your cycling needs there's always a staff member that can help you. Massive amount of stock and knowledge. Workshop is large and extensive with fast turn around to get you back out cycling once again. Well worth a visit rain or shine.

Got a great price on a sale helmet but the service is terrible. This is the second time I've shopped here and both times there's one staff out front and 3 or 4 in the service area messing about. Took 10 mins for one of them to notice and come out despite asking for service.

1 out of 5 is generous. Tried the Wetherby shop for shoes. I was directed to the shoes and boxes stacked and told to find my size. No meaningful advice. Shop empty, sales staff hanging about chatting while I looked through boxes on the floor. I left and will use the internet. EPIC fail for retail. I'll tell all my mtb buddies. I will never use the shop again

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff who weren't at all pushy. Great choice of bikes and their pricing was very competitive. I'm glad I visited them rather than buying online to save a few £. They were able to check frame sizing with me and then set up the suspension correctly for the bike I ended up buying. Top marks for Ant who took time to explain a number of different options and the pros and cons of different designs.

Just come home from buying 2 bikes from All Terrain Cycles and I can't praise them enough. We were looked after by Alan, who was extremely knowledgeable as well as helpful; nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be going back and will also be recommending them to anyone who needs anything cycle related. Thanks Alan. I hope the bosses realise just what an asset you are to the company. Just waiting for the rain to clear so we can go out for a bike ride!

Have been using All Terrain Cycles in Wetherby and at Salt Mills for the past year or so now and have never received a better service from anywhere else.

Having been riding for many years at different levels it is vitally important to get the right service and backup from the right guys, and the service received from All Terrain Cycles is second to none.

The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable; one pointer which stands out to me which I find particularly important is; they remember who you are, and they provide you with the best personable service they can to suit your individual cycling needs without hesitation.

Great bike shop! Huge array of bikes and stuff to choose from, and staff that are only too happy to help no matter what you're after. I've always had great advice from them, whether its over something minor like the best sort of tub glue to use, or something big...... like which new bike to buy! So this year, after years of racing and competing at a reasonable level, I finally took the plunge and had a bike fit at All Terrain. The guy doing the fit was very knowledgable, giving me some great advice on positioning and how to get a lot more power from some relatively minor tweaks to my position, really helpful and great value! I cant recommend them highly enough!

I couldn't recommend All Terrain Cycles enough, they were extremely helpful allowing me to take two demonstration bikes out to try. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and in no way pushy.
A nice touch is a 10% discount card to use in store for a year.
The shop has a wide choice of bikes and kit for all levels.
I will definitely buy my next bike from them and have just ordered a bike for my 6 year old daughter.
