Did you know that the shell of the Southern Three Banded Armadillo is made of Keratin, just like our finger nails! Their shell is also very clever as it has three stretchy bands that allow the armadillo to roll into a complete ball if it feels threatened 😯 You can find the Armadillos in Adventures 👍

Our little wild explorers have been up to lots in holiday club this week including reptile encounters, feeding the rabbits and goats, helping with the lemurs care, park play, animal bingo and lots of fun and games! This weeks summer holiday club will soon be over but will be back again 28th-31st August! Yippee! Today is the start of our first week of Wild Explorers Holiday Club!! We hope all of our little wild explorers have a fantastic time! Wow what can I say we were so amazed with all things wild excellent value. My boys loved it also 1 of my son's is autistic n he loved every moment from petting to exploring the out doors, all the animals. Staff were amazing chap who did the train was fab very helpful and and made sure train door were locked was even understanding with my asd son that the train was too full for him so was happy for him to wait for the next trip. Lad who was with the lemurs was very helpful and introduced the lemurs and which was great. Cafe was beautifully clean and food we had was amazing. All round fantastic place. I've booked my son's birthday party here as he loved it so much. Can't wait to return. Only thing is maybe an improvement to the map as we struggled little with the numbers named areas in their areas would be better. Thank you

What a wonderful day and an amazing place the children (11 and two8 ) loved it. The animals where all so well kept their enclosures were immaculately well kept. Not the concrete jungles you see at some zoo’s. All very natural. All the animals seemed so happy and inquisitive one of the best animal park/zoo we have ever been. All the indoor play areas were so clean and fresh. We were spoilt with the weather too. we got to meet Casper and Arthur 2 yr old zebras who have only been there a week. They looked as though they were very settled in � magical memories made.

Went for the first time on Mother's Day with 8yo and 5yo and had a really fun day!

Very clean even loo areas, very well organised and layout, loads of things to do for the kids, eventhough the center itself is not huge. We easily spent 4 hours there and a had few areas left to explore.

Soft play is also great when started to rain.

Staff were very friendly and gift shop is reasonably priced, not something you say often.

We will definitely be returning ���

We went today for my daughters birthday and what a day it was. Fantastic day out with wide range of animals. Cleans and tidy everywhere and the staff are all friendly and helpful. My daughter also had a zoo keeper experience that was out of this world and would recommend to anyone. Will definitely be going back

We visited yesterday with our 3 kids and thoroughly enjoyed it plenty of things to do and see we took our own food and there were plenty of picnic tables to use indoor area was really good and it well worth the entry price

We visited today with our 7 year old son for the first time in around 3 years and we can’t believe how much has changed! A huge amount of money (and care) has been invested to make improvements and add additional attractions around the park - we were very impressed and will definitely be back again in the near future! It’s also good value for money as we were there for hours!

We had a great day out here today, my 6 year old daughter loved it, plenty to do and see. Nice activites for the children, plenty of animals to see, all in all a lovely day out. We spent 3 hours here but could of easily spent longer. Highly recommended place to visit!

Today was our very first visit here. We were a group of 12 and each and every one of us had a great time. Fab customer service, clean environment, hand washing facilities very well stocked. We would highly recommend and will definitely be back. Thank you All Things Wild

So much to do here! You can certainly fill a day here with the kids - animals to see, outdoor play area, dinosaur exhibition, etc plus there's an indoor cafe and new soft play area, so it doesn't matter if the weather is poor.

So impressed following a recent visit. My 2 year old and my friends 11m old loved it! Plenty for them to see and do. Would appeal to a wide age range. It was clean and the animals looked really well looked after. A very enjoyable day and we will be back soon.

Love the changes that have been made and can't wait to see the other changes they are currently in the process of making! As always the kids loved it and can't wait to go back when the weather is a little Warmer. Cafe is very reasonably priced and staff are lovely. We've never had an issue here. Would recommend to anyone. It's a great place to spend the best part of a full day, with animals an adventure park and a land train to take you round the dinosaurs and lots more in between.

I visited yesterday with my husband & 16 month old son. The weather wasn’t great and for the cheap entrance fee we weren’t expecting too much.

Well I have to say we were all impressed and had a very enjoyable day. There are some great play areas indoors and out for kids of all ages. Our little one especially enjoyed the soft play and pedal tractors. There was an indoor beach area with buckets and spades which is a great idea.

Outside as well as the animals there are play areas and a walk around dinosaur display with huge dinosaurs dotted about the field. The petting zoo was nice for my son as he got to stroke rabbits, guinea pigs and a bearded dragon.

The cafe was a good size and the menu was ample and reasonably priced, chilli con carne and rice for £6.99.

We will definitely return in the nicer weather �

I bought my 12 year old daughter a Junior Zookeeper Experience for her birthday as she loves animals. It really was a great experience; she got up close to lots of animals, getting right inside the pens to feed and handle them, learning lots about them from the keeper. We packed loads into our 3 hours - I was pleased with the value for money, and my daughter loved the animals. It was the perfect birthday present for her. Thank you for a truly memorable day.

Fantastic family day out with 8, 4 & 2 year old. They all loved it. A rainy Easter hols day but plenty to do in and outside dodging the showers. Fab Hawks of Steel display, great value & will definitely be back at the request of the children.

Beautiful place, loads of different Ananias to see. Great for all the family, my youngest enjoyed seeing the baby Emus and my eldest two loved the travel back through time dinosaurs and mammoths . Great variety of play areas and well maintained. One suggestion, maybe air conditioning as it was boiling hot in the cafe. Other than that, the place is amazing and we will be back!

Matt and Matt were so knowageable, lots of information shared. Lots of animals fed and my daughter can't stop talking about it. Thank you so much. The best keeper for the day experience we've had.

We had a great time yesterday! It was freezing but the kids loved the Dino train, the step back in time trail and didn’t notice the cold at all as they played in the helicopter, car and digger! The soft play was brilliant and we loved seeing all the reptiles! We can’t wait to come back in the summer! 👍

We brought my son who is nearly 2 years old to All things wild on Wednesday and he had a brilliant time. He loved seeing all the big Dinosaurs and animals. The park was very clean and well looked after. My son enjoyed the indoor sandpit, but it was very busy as it’s situated in the shop part of the park, ideally it could do with being moved to give everyone more space, as there was a lot of pushchairs trying to get in. The reason for 4 stars is because we found the customer service from the staff on the tills wasn’t great, my mum asked for a carrier bag for her gifts that she has purchased and she was told to wait while he sorted a group of children out with their chocolate eggs, even though he has served my mum first, he then went on to throw the carrier bag at her and she was made to pack the gifts in the bag herself, I strongly feel customer service needs addressing! All in all apart from this we all had a wonderful time.

Visited on a drizzly grey day and the kids still had fun.. plenty to do .. plenty of loos, and a great inside picnic area.. café food looked good but didn't try it. There are some areas that are obviously under construction and a bit messy but having said that I thought it was very good value for money.
