Another Happy Customer -
Please thank them (our lovely van drivers) for being professional, friendly and courteous. They did their utmost to resolve the issue, gave quality suggestions and so we worked it out together. I was very happy and comfortable to have them in my home. They made sure to use a blanket underneath the unit so that it wouldn't mark my hall tiles - I hadn't even thought about that!
The tambour unit is clean & sparkling, in great condition and the wipe boa...rd is the same.

Emma, who I have mostly worked with, has always without fail showed the utmost patience when I have had to change/return orders or lost keys. She is always helpful and ready with advice and guidance. Processing time is acceptable and responses to emails very efficient and quick (even informing me if she will not be in the office and will pick up my email on her return or even make sure someone else gets in contact with me).
