I am a first time importer and Mike at AllClear was absolutely fantastic. I was always kept up to date with the progress, and he responded to emails very quickly. There were quite a few hurdles regarding delivery but Mike sorted everything, making it (relatively) stress-free for me. If I am brave enough to import again then I will definitely be contacting Mike.
