I was told about all clear years ago due to having epilepsy and not getting reasonable priced cover elsewhere, my husband had a heart attack and scents put in last year so all clear were my first port of call, got great cover at an extremaly reasonable price for annual trip, which means we can still enjoy holidaying without having to compromise where we travel due to money constraints, would recommend to anyone

Still waiting for a copy of my amended travel insurance. I was sent one copy but it did not cover cancellation, I paid extra for the cancellation the money has gone from my card but still no documents.

Not impressed been emailing nearly 2 days now.

Terrible service making a couple pay twice on excess when you take out a joint policy and given the circumstances of claim due to death think £500 excess is ridiculous.
