Happy half term. We are open as normal with the fun day taking place on Thursday as an extra. Please note though NO DANCE for the next TWO MONDAYS

Our first session for people with disabilities was a great success. Smiles and laughter all afternoon says it all. So if you know someone who has a disability and free Wednesday 1330-3pm come down every Wednesday even through half term ( we only shut for xmas remember) and join in the fun. Parents and PA’s get to join in too it’s all one big happy exercising family xxxx

Open to anyone, call to book a place - this is nothing to do with Allegro and you need to ring the number to book a place. We are providing the venue only xxx

Everyone can do something different. Everyone can achieve even if it is with help. Making a difference and succeeding in things they never thought that they can is why Allegro coaches love their job. Anyone out there with a disability who don’t think they can, adults can come to us on a Wednesday afternoon 1330-1500 and see if we can achieve something together. Classes also available Saturday morning please inbox me for Saturday space. Well done Kim you are amazing and an absolute pleasure to teach, today Kim not only jumped but from a height as well. I think you can tell for yourself how proud she is and us too xxxx

Well what a day! A massive well done to our Allegro gymnasts in another top performance. We couldn’t be prouder. Thank you to the parents, thank you to my mate Katy for making the orangutan costumes, thank you for the face paint, thank you Justina for doing hair today, most of all a massive THANK YOU CELINE you do an amazing job I know I cover for you and I would take praise but I will have to hand it to you today on a job well done xxxxx
