Made the fatal mistake of not ordering enough rolls from Internet supplier !!

Contacted to get additional roll only to be told no more stock!!

Contacted manufacturer to be told no stock and they would not be doing another run!!!!!

PANIC

Tried several other sources, no response!!!!

Contacted Allen Braithwaite on Thursday 15th.

Sold last rolls days previously but had part used sample roll he could post out.

Would only accept payment for postage ??

What a gesture.

Received Monday 19th

I can now escape the wrath of the wife.

If this is an example of the usual service provided I cannot recommend Allen Braithwaite enough to any future customers.

I have just bought the chalk paint to renovate some old furniture and its great! It is a really good price too at £14.99. I have used many other well known and more expensive brands in the past but the one stocked here is brilliant. Thanks for the great service.

I don’t have enough words to express my thanks to Paul at Allen Braithwaite! I have never met with a Customer Service that would go to such extend to help a person who asked for assistance (worth mentioning that as they do not stock the wallpaper I wouldn't be able to buy from AB at this time).

After a year of research I found my perfect wallpaper in B&Q, but only a sample roll - no name, no brand. I asked AB for help as they stock most of the brands and Paul contacted factories and researched internet to help me track down what i was looking for based on photos I sent! Paul was the most helpful and I will recommend Allen Braithwaite to any person looking for personal touch and wanting the highest quality service. Once again, THANK YOU. PS. And yes, I got a wallpaper:)

Bought my paints and wallpaper from the shop to renovate my shop a few months ago. I am always getting compliments on the wallpaper - even asked if I had it specially made! Super chuffed, just what I wanted! :)
