We demolished the old conservatory and replaced it with a 7.5m x 4m orangery with a lantern roof and french doors in anthracite grey. This also included knocking through into the house. We installed the floor, lighting, guttering and soffits.

A small extension can make a big difference!
Specifically adapted for this terraced house in Aigburth, we have recently completed this orangery to open the house a little more and create some extra space.
The orangery measures 3.65m x 2.75m, has aluminium bifold doors, a lantern roof and is built with reclaimed bricks on the outside to fit the design of the house. On the inside it has grey on white window frames, fitted skirting boards, concrete float finish floor, 3 double ...sockets, 10 spotlights and cold water feed plumbing for a washing machine.

We've just had 11 windows, French doors and a composite front door fitted by Norman & Danny at Allerton Windows, and we are absolutely delighted. The quality of the windows & doors compared to our old double glazing is far superior in terms of both sound proofing & heat retention. We would definitely recommend Allerton Windows ! Tony arrived an time as requested after a telephone call and measured up for our new windows he also gave us some good advice . We had agreed the windows would be fitted on a certain date and true to their word Eddie and Brian the fitters arrived prompt. We cannot fault their work they were extremely hard working and paid attention to detail. They tidied up and left everywhere spotless and even finished within schedule after staying later one evening. They were very polite and courteous and it was a pleasure having them working at our house and we will be inviting them back for future work. We have just had the windows at the back and side of our house replaced by Allerton Windows. We were very impressed with their set up, very professional. The Windows look great. From the quote to survey to the work being complete all happened within a week. Can't fault the company and will definitely use them again when we replace the old windows and door at the front of the house.

We did our homework, read the reviews and we narrowed it down to two, for us it wasn't about price we had a vision, a budget and wanted a quality job that will last years - my dad always said buy the best you can afford. So the two companies turned up. But what swung it was not the price - Tony saw our vision, he offered honest advice, where there waa indecision he talked it through, there was no fake calls to the manager offering "discounts" because he owns the business he knows the trends, the prices, the possibilities and the security elements, as it happens they are really competive. Allterton manufacture too so he'll tell you if they can make it. We just felt confident when he left, there was no pushy chase up calls, he just popped back, measured up and booked us in. The windows and doors - rockdoors and bifolds - have been fitted and are delighted, there was no ripping them out and chucking em in - it took three days. We have no qualms recommending them to anyone, we've already had neighbours admiring them and asking who did them. Thank you guys

This is the third major project that Allerton Windows have carried out for us and the third time they have done an exceptional job. I would have no hesitation to recommend this company.

They built a large orangery to a very high standard in just under three weeks start to finish, all there tradesman are very polite and arrive on time everyday and work flat-out. They communicated with me all the time with any questions or decisions that needed to be made (position of plugs, lights etc.) They also cleaned up after themselves and made sure the working area was kept clean and tidy at all times.

Tony who came out to design and quote for the project was great from the very beginning, offering great advice and help at every step of the way. This ensured that the we got what we wanted but also to the highest finish and spec.

We are delighted with the end product and feel we got best value for our money and have added a great stylish location in are home and added real value to the house.

Before we paid the final balance Tony came out to fully inspect all the finished work and sign of the project with us before we paid. Tony only accepts perfection in his teams work and inspects all work with this is mine. This gave us great peace of mind knowing that the job will be and has been done fully to standard we wanted.

Did our conservatory, excellent service from start to finish and the conservatory looks great, just about to use them for new windows as we were really impressed.

Allerton windows were fantastic I live in Canada and I called to get a quote for my house in Childwall my tenants said the existing windows were rotting . Tony the owner of Allerton windows went out assessed the windows and doors gave me a complete rundown on the practicality of fixing the existing windows or getting all new, there was no pressure just an honest appraisal. I decided to get all new the price was amazing and the doors and windows were fitted in a short period of time, my tenants told me the fitters were polite, professional, clean and reliable. Tony also got me a new boiler fitted as British Gas had condemned my existing one left my tenants with no hot water and refused to let me buy one as I am out of the country. This company went the extra mile for me and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I would happily speak to anyone looking for windows,doors or conservatorys.

Allerton Windows recently built our orangery for us in Warrington, it has now completed into a stunning addition to our house. We spoke to a lot of companies both local and further afield but we were really impressed with Allerton and they stood out from everybody else we spoke to. What stood out straight away was that they were genuinely helpful right from the word go. From design meeting where Tony (the director) who really listened to what we wanted, through to build and handover, the team were fantastic. Starting from sale-rep to the builders, plumbers, electrician, plasterer etc. were exceptional and I have to say Allerton have an incredible workforce. Everyone who came round was genuinely hard working and industrious, and they were all lovely, down to earth, genuinely nice people. They were professional, polite and their workmanship is to be commended as it was exceptional. Each phase of the work was carried out on time and to an impeccable standard and it was done quickly and efficiently. The workers turned up on time, left on time cleaning up each day and did exactly what they said they would. They were also really approachable and would always help out when asked to do something. I have to say now we have a stunning Orangery which has been blended in so well with the house it looks like it has always been there.

Wow, what a pleasure to deal with Allerton Windows, straight talking no nonsense, a competitive price with the promise of a 4 week finish on the job, I was even invited to look around the factory to see my windows being made!

I would have no hesitation in recommending this company and avoiding the Sharks out there.

After calling Trust a Trader I recently called Allerton Windows to have a conservatory built. The salesman Mike came out and gave me a range of options, I must say I was overwhelmed with the possible options available to me and pleasantly surprised at the price range to say the least. Mike was not in the least pushy leaving me with time to make a decision. After 2 days I decided to go with an orangerie and immediately the ball started to roll!! Tony the owner/surveyor came out, very straight talking which I found very refreshing. To say he was good would be an understatement he was excellent, he took his time explaining every little detail, he was down to earth and I felt I could trust him. I was right to do so as I found that everything he promised to do – he did. I was told the workmen would turn up at 7.30 each day and they did, never letting me down, they worked Saturdays, Sundays and the Bank holiday!! From the digging of the foundation to finishing off I can honestly say that the bricklayers, joiners, window fitters and tiler were professional, efficient and friendly, they tidied up after themselves each day. I must also put in a good word for Bobby who worked in the office and who kept me up to date on everything. From start to finish it took about 3 weeks and less stress than I imagined. When finished Tony came out for a site inspection and when he saw a slight dip in a bit of the floor he called the joiner immediately and told him to come back the next day to lift and relay the whole floor!! He is a thorough professional and a gentleman. The end result is amazing and it has the ‘wow’ factor as expressed by everyone who has seen it. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

After having such a bad experience with the other company I was scared of being being taken for a ride, it was going to cost a considerable amount of money and I admit to feeling a little dubious. Initially I sent Allerton Windows an email to enquire about their guarantee, the next day I received a phone call back from Tony, and honestly from that point on I had no further concerns at all, I just knew I was in the hands of a totally professional organisation. From original consultation to completion of the work I have been completely satisfied. Tony listened to what I wanted and offered honest advice that was to ensure we got the windows that gave us the look and the functionality that we wanted. Our fitter Eddie worked like a Trojan for the 3 days he was here, he arrived when he said he would, he was friendly and always left everything tidy at the end of the day, every window was gleaming when the job was completed and they look fabulous, better than I thought possible hence why I felt like crying when I came home from work on day 3 and witnessed the completed job in all its glory. Even the payment process was a refreshing change with the balance not needing paying until the job was completed and satisfaction confirmed, the office staff were very professional and courteous and payment was hassle free. I am so delighted with the standard and professionalism of Allerton Windows that I have had another appointment with Tony to arrange for Allerton Windows to do the cladding on the front of our house - can't wait! Our fitter Eddie worked like a Trojan for the 3 days he was here, he arrived when he said he would, he was friendly and always left everything tidy at the end of the day, every window was gleaming when the job was completed and they look fabulous, better than I thought possible hence why I felt like crying when I came home from work on day 3 and witnessed the completed job in all its glory. Even the payment process was a refreshing change with the balance not needing paying until the job was completed and satisfaction confirmed, the office staff were very professional and courteous and payment was hassle free. I am so delighted with the standard and professionalism of Allerton Windows that I have had another appointment with Tony to arrange for Allerton Windows to do the cladding on the front of our house - can't wait! Absolutely superb from start to finish. Tony helped us design our orangery and the team of builders carried out the spec to a very high standard. The workmen were so hard working, very friendly and always cleaned up after themselves. I have no hesitation recommending Allerton Windows to anyone.
