"Not Happy" :( The unit I rented got flooded!
This has left me over £950 out of pocket. Trying to get the insurance organised has been a very slow affair. All very good till there’s a problem and then......... The pain begins.
A lot of emphasis is put on the insurance and of course the additional cost. However, the claim process is paiful.

Easy website and courteous staff at the Southampton office. Explained the procedure and the unit offered was just right for my requirements. hand back was easy with very little problems.

The stuff is really nice, and they are very friendly!

Walked all the way down there as they advertise as open 24/7. Took me about an hour to reach, only to realise it was closed. I called them and the guy had no idea how i should get in. Mind you, it was only 7PM. False advertising, not pleased.
