Tomorrow (Saturday 22nd June) is the annual Sustainable Salisbury event in Salisbury Guildhall Square, 9am-4pm. There will be displays and demonstrations all about transition to sustainable choices, environmental and lifestyle topics and initiatives. Hope to see you there!

The weather looks like it’s picking up this afternoon and evening, and the Trading Hut is open today until 12.30pm. There are some tomato plants left, donations to Alzheimer’s Support

Our next organised trip will be to the New Forest Show on Wednesday 31st July 2019. Tickets are £20.00 for Members (+ £20.00 for one guest. Non Member tickets are £27.00 each. Price includes coach travel from Harnham or Salisbury Coach Park. Tickets will be available from the Trading Hut in Coldharbour Lane from Saturday 15th June. The shop is open every weekend from 9.30am to 12.30pm.

Only just over two months until our annual horticultural show! Who's taking part this year?

There will be cherry and medium size varieties of tomato plants in the Trading Hut at Coldharbour Lane from Saturday (18th May). £1 donations to either Alzheimer or Hospice charities.

From this weekend the Trading Hut will be selling the remaining stock of seed potatoes for just 50p per 2kg net. There are still a selection of varieties to choose from. If you have any spare ground the potatoes will soon catch up and give a decent crop. The Trading Hut will be open Saturday and Sunday from 9.30am to 12.30pm.

Growbags are available in the Trading Hut for £2.10 each. You can also purchase 3 60 litre bags of top quality compost for £12.

We are hosting a talk this evening - 'The Modern Kitchen Garden' with Barry Newman. The talk will be at the United Reformed Church on Fisherton Street, Salisbury. Doors open at 7pm for a 7:30pn start, with tea and coffee available All are welcome to attend.

We will have young foxglove plants available in the Trading Hut this weekend. £1 per pot, donations to Salisbury Hospice. Available in pink and white.

Potato sale! The Allotment Shop at Coldharbour Lane will now be selling seed potatoes at the reduced price of £2.00 for a 2 kg net. There are several varieties left to choose from. While stocks last...

The Allotment Shop in Coldharbour Lane is open today AND Sunday, from 9.30am to 12.30pm. Come along and have a look around. Still a few potato nets left at £2.50 per 2 kg. Loose onions and beans also. There is also fleece, netting and environmesh in the shop ready for protecting your plants as they are planted out. Canes, compost and manure are also available.
