Audi S5 and audi A5 in today for a little bit of powercoating wizardry.. Just look how smooth and glossy we have made those tired wheels. Full chemical strip, shot blast, heat treated then on for a 3 stage powder finish. 🤩

Check out this before and after shot of a Vauxhall Astra VXR we recently had in at Orion Wheels.
We applied a 4-stage powder coat to the alloys to give them an incredible, eyecatching cherry red finish. These were an initial primer coating followed by a groundcoat waterbase coating. We then applied a translucent pearl coating and finished things off with an acrylic powder clear coat.
